What your account stores
We use your name, email, password hash, privacy acknowledgement and verification status to provide your account. Your project stores the pages, searches, country, area and language you select, together with dated price proposals and approvals. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Verification and password-reset links expire and can be used only once.
Account emails and essential sessions
Our hosting mail service sends account verification and password-reset messages. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails. An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out revokes that session; resetting your password revokes all customer sessions. Account pages, API responses and account links are not placed in the app’s offline cache.
Optional position checks
If you give the separate tracking permission, the agreed phrases, target page or Google business identifier, check location, language and device may be sent to DataForSEO. Dated results are stored in your project. You can withdraw this permission for the project in your account; this stops future submissions but cannot recall data already sent. Permission alone does not enable paid checks. Maps measurements describe one selected check point, not whole-area coverage.
Optional page ideas and AI drafts
You can ask our own server to read a selected public HTTPS page and extract search ideas from its title, description and headings. Free ideas are based on page content; they are not measured demand, rankings or AI-generated research. Public page evidence may be reused in bounded memory for up to 30 minutes. Private request counters enforce usage limits. Optional measured keyword discovery has its own confirmation before the selected public page address, country and language are shared with DataForSEO.
AI drafts are available only when the service owner has connected and enabled a provider with usage controls. The draft screen names the selected provider and model before you give separate permission for that request. Limited public-page titles, summaries, headings and selected searches are sent only to the configured provider: Z.ai or OpenAI, not both for one draft. Account passwords, connector secrets and payment information are excluded. Changing provider or the data notice requires permission again. Z.ai’s selected glm-4.7-flash model has fixed daily request limits and no automatic paid-model fallback. Drafts need your review; generating one never publishes a change. Provider processing, data locations and retention policies apply; we do not promise zero retention. Approved website improvements
Your improvement history stores public-page evidence, editable proposals, dated approvals, implementation status and verification results. Each approval is tied to the selected project scope and exact proposed changes. For a connected WordPress website, its limited connector key is encrypted on the server and sent only to that authorised website over HTTPS. It is not returned in account responses. You can disconnect the website to stop future connector use. Disconnecting cannot undo an already published change; available rollback actions are shown separately and need confirmation. Other websites can use manual instructions and a public-page recheck.

Optional subscription payments
When available, checkout requires a separate monthly-payment confirmation. Your account email and accepted subscription details are shared with Revolut to prepare checkout and reconcile its status. Card details are entered with Revolut, not stored by this application. Saving or approving a plan does not create a payment. Sandbox checkout is labelled as a test. Payment and cancellation records are kept separately from draft plans.
Access, retention and your requests
Your verified account can access its own projects. The owner’s authorised support team can review customer projects and handle exceptions. We retain account and project records while they are needed to provide and support the service; payment, consent and dispute records may need longer retention. Expired access tokens and sessions are cleaned during account activity. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at the contact above. We will explain any records that must be retained and verify account ownership before making sensitive changes. There is no automatic promise that all backups or third-party records disappear immediately.
Hosting and the providers you choose to use process data under their own service arrangements. Contact us before activating a connection if you need information about data locations or contractual safeguards.
